Mary Marcus
Mary Marcus is the CEO of NewAge Industries. She joined the Company in 2008, in supply chain operations. Ms. Marcus has held numerous leadership and operational roles in Product Management, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management during her tenure. Most recently, she served as Interim CEO & General Manager. She has led NewAge to successfully and exponentially grow the business which primarily services the BioPharma Manufacturing industry. She graduated from Penn State University and earned her BS in Business Administration and her MS in Organizational Development from St. Joseph’s University.
Mike Ginnetti
Mike Ginnetti joined the Company in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining NewAge, Mr. Ginnetti was Chief Financial Officer of Worth & Company, Inc., a full-service mechanical systems contractor. He also served as Vice President & Corporate Controller of Dorman Products, Inc., a supplier of automotive parts and equipment. Additionally, he served in financial management roles at Technitrol, Inc., and began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP. He graduated from Penn State University and earned his BS in Accounting and his MBA in Finance from Temple University. Mr. Ginnetti is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Tim Shannon
Tim Shannon joined the Company in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Global Commercial. Prior to joining NewAge, Mr. Shannon served in multiple leadership roles within the Life Sciences space. He has held commercial positions at Bristol-Myers, GE, Boston Scientific Corp., and U.S. Surgical Corp. and held executive leadership positions at Datascope Corp. and multiple start-ups. Additionally, he served as the Business Unit Director and President, ad interim at DSM Biomedical, a biomaterials CDMO and a division of Royal DSM. He graduated from the University of Central Florida and earned his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and has served on numerous local Boards.
Maurice LeCompte
Maurice LeCompte joined the Company in 2021 as Director of Manufacturing Development and currently holds the position of Vice President, Business Development. He brings extensive expertise in the production of consumer goods, regulated medical devices, pharmaceutical components, aerospace products, and packaging solutions. Mr. LeCompte has held senior leadership roles in Operations, Engineering, and Quality at Edgewell (Playtex Products), Zacros, Terumo, Westlake Dimex, and Watson Marlow. He graduated from the University of Delaware and earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University, and an MBA from Wilmington University.
Cheryl Coia
Cheryl Coia joined the Company is 2022 as Human Resources Manager and currently holds the position of Human Resources Director. Prior to joining NewAge, Ms. Coia served in multiple Human Resources roles with NMS Labs, Kingsbury, Inc. and most recently as Plant Human Resources Manager at Sonoco. Ms. Coia graduated from Shippensburg University and earned her BS in Business Administration in Human Resource Management and an MBA from Delaware Valley University.
